    Each handset is a serial. Scan it at purchase, scan it at sale, and the warranty and the customer follow it.

  2. Accessory stock is never right

    Barcode sale at the counter and weighted-average cost to four decimals, so a 40-taka cable does not quietly report a 40 percent margin.

  3. Nobody can say what the exchange actually earned

    The trade-in comes in as stock at the value you allowed, the new handset goes out at its price, and profit by product tells you afterwards which side of it paid.
