# ShobarERP (সবার ERP) — complete reference > Source: https://erp.appnweb.site. Last generated 2026-10-16. ShobarERP is a multi-tenant cloud ERP for businesses in Bangladesh, from BDT 500 per month, with no setup fee and 30 days free. Register at https://erp-app.on-forge.com/login and start trading in about two minutes. ## Positioning Point of sale, stock, sales, purchasing, your service centre and real double-entry accounting — one system, from ৳499 a month. You are trading the minute you sign up. The five promises, each of which costs nothing: - **No setup fee** — Other vendors open with a three-lakh implementation quote. We open your account while you are still on the registration page. Chart of accounts, branch, warehouse, roles and your owner login are created for you. - **No hidden cost** — The price on the pricing page is the price on the bill. Anything that costs extra — a full data export, custom development, SMS credits — is listed there in writing before you ever pay it. - **You pay only while you use it** — Month to month. Stop paying and we lock the screens, not the data. Pay again and everything is exactly where you left it — nothing is deleted, ever. - **Your data stays yours** — Your company is isolated at the database level, not by a filter someone might forget. You can take a full copy of everything away whenever you want. - **It works offline-ish and on cheap phones** — The owner dashboard is built mobile-first. It opens on a ৳8,000 Android over a 3G signal in Bogura, because that is where a lot of this business is actually run from. ## Pricing All prices are Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Billed monthly, cancel any month. There is no annual contract and no annual discount. A company's bill is the plan price plus any extra units it adds, charged at that plan's own per-unit rate. Nobody is forced up a tier to get one more till or one more member of staff. ### Starter — BDT 499/month One shop, one counter team, getting the basics right. - Branches: 1 · Warehouses: 1 · POS counters: 3 - Staff accounts: 3 · Products: 100 - File storage: 1 GB · Activity history: 7 days - Extra units per month: branch BDT 200, warehouse BDT 150, POS counter BDT 100, staff account BDT 100, product free - Includes: Point of sale with barcode scanning; Inventory with low-stock alerts; Customers, invoices and dues; Owner dashboard on your phone; Sales and stock reports; Printed invoices on your letterhead - Not in this plan: Purchasing workflow; Service centre; Double-entry accounting ### Growth — BDT 999/month A second and third outlet, with a team behind the counter. - Branches: 3 · Warehouses: 3 · POS counters: 9 - Staff accounts: 10 · Products: 300 - File storage: 2 GB · Activity history: 15 days - Extra units per month: branch BDT 180, warehouse BDT 130, POS counter BDT 90, staff account BDT 80, product free - Includes: Everything in Starter; Purchasing: requisition → order → receive → pay; Service centre with job cards and a workshop board; Double-entry accounting and the full report set; Serial numbers, warranty and RMA; Instalments, returns and credit limits; File library for photos and documents ### Business — BDT 1999/month A chain: many outlets, a full staff and a month of history to look back through. - Branches: 10 · Warehouses: 10 · POS counters: 30 - Staff accounts: 50 · Products: 1000 - File storage: 5 GB · Activity history: 30 days - Extra units per month: branch BDT 150, warehouse BDT 110, POS counter BDT 75, staff account BDT 60, product free - Includes: Everything in Growth; Ten branches and ten warehouses as standard; Per-branch books that each balance on their own; Fifty staff accounts across thirty counters; A month of activity history to look back through; Priority support with a named person ### Worked example A shop on Growth (BDT 999) with 4 branches, 3 warehouses, 10 POS counters and 12 staff pays: 999 + 1 extra branch (180) + 1 extra counter (90) + 2 extra staff (160) = BDT 1,429 a month. The same shape on Business would be 1,999 with nothing extra, so Growth is cheaper and the site says so. ### Everything that costs extra - **Full data export** (৳1,000 one-off) — A complete copy of your company database, downloadable for 48 hours. Free for anyone leaving us — we only charge for routine copies while you are a customer. - **Custom development** (Quoted first) — A report, an integration or a workflow that is specific to your company. We tell you the number before any work starts, and you decide. - **SMS and hardware** (At cost) — Barcode scanners, receipt printers, drawers and SMS credits are bought at what they cost. We do not mark them up. There are no other charges. Payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Bank transfer, Cash, Cheque, Card. bKash, Nagad, bank transfer, cheque or cash. You tell us the reference, your account extends from the end of the period you already paid for — so paying early never costs you days. If payment stops: Your people can still sign in. The ERP screens redirect to a billing notice that shows what is owed, how to pay and every payment you have made. Nothing is removed. Settle it and everything is back exactly as it was. ## Modules (10) ### Dashboard (`dashboard`) Today's sales, cash collected, what customers owe you, what your stock is worth, your profit and how many repairs are pending — on one screen, sized for the phone in your pocket. Slice any of it by branch. - Today's takings and this month's - Customer dues and overdue amounts - Stock value at cost - Profit, if your role may see it - Service jobs still open ### Point of sale (`pos`) Run as many counters as you have tills. Each one sells from its own warehouse, prints its own code on the receipt, and can be restricted to the staff rostered on it — nobody else can open that drawer. Open a register at the start of a shift, close and reconcile it at the end. - Barcode or serial scan - Counter-level cash registers and shifts - Discounts behind a permission - Receipt printing - Sells from the counter’s own warehouse ### Sales & customers (`sales`) Quotation becomes invoice becomes delivery challan, each printable on your letterhead. Every customer belongs to a sales rep, carries an opening due brought over from your old books, and has a credit limit the system will not let a sale cross without a permission. - Quotation → invoice → delivery challan - Credit limit enforced, with an override permission - Returns and exchanges that restock and credit correctly - Instalment plans on an unpaid invoice - Sales rep performance, commission and collections - Previous due printed on the new bill ### Purchasing & suppliers (`purchases`) The full chain with each step linked to the next, so you can see what is still to come on any order. Landed cost spreads freight across the lines by value, so your margins stay honest instead of flattering. - Requisition → approval → purchase order → goods received - Landed cost spread across lines - Supplier price history per product - Payables with ageing and part payments - Returns to supplier ### Inventory (`inventory`) Brand, model, size and grade on every product. Serial numbers per unit for anything worth tracking — each serial carries its cost, its supplier, its warranty end and its whole service history. Scan one anywhere and see the life of that device. - Per-unit serial tracking with warranty - Multiple warehouses and outlets with transfers - Weighted-average cost kept to four decimals - Low-stock alerts, rechecked hourly - Slow and dead stock report with cash tied up ### Service centre (`service`) Take in a device, print a job card for the customer to sign, assign a technician and move the job across a board until it is ready. Parts come straight out of stock onto the job. A finished job becomes an invoice, so workshop revenue lands in the same books as everything else. - Auto-numbered job cards with accessories and condition - Kanban workshop board - Received → diagnosis → approval → parts → repair → ready → delivered - Warranty recognised from the serial we sold - RMA out to the supplier and back ### Accounting (`accounting`) Every financial event posts a balanced journal entry through a single piece of code. An unbalanced entry throws an error rather than saving. Your reports derive from the same journal lines, so they cannot contradict each other. - Chart of accounts you can rename and re-code - Trial balance, profit & loss, balance sheet - Day book and cash book - Per-branch books that each balance on their own - Reversals instead of deletions ### Reports (`reports`) Sales by person, by customer, by product and by branch. Stock valuation filtered by brand, model, size and grade. Customer and supplier statements. Sales rep performance with a daily or monthly breakdown and a sales-against-collection comparison. - Sales rep performance and commission - Stock valuation and dead stock - Customer and supplier statements with ageing - Profit by product and by branch - Everything sliceable by branch and date ### File manager (`files`) Product photos, staff portraits, scanned trade licences and supplier documents in one place with folders, filters and drag-and-drop. A product photo is an ordinary file in this library, so replacing one cleans up the file it replaced. - Folders and filters - Drag-and-drop upload - Download the original - Photos and avatars live here too ### Administration (`settings`) Eight roles set up for you across 119 permissions, and you can rewrite every one. Set your own trading policy: whether credit is allowed at all, how many days a return is accepted, what restocking fee applies, whether instalments are available. - 119 permissions in 10 groups, 8 roles seeded - Branches, warehouses and POS counters - Trading policy enforced in code, not suggested - Audit log with field-level before and after - Your own letterhead on printed documents ## Accounting Every sale, purchase, payment, return, write-off and repair part goes through one door and comes out as a balanced journal entry. That is why your trial balance, your profit & loss and your balance sheet can never disagree with each other. - Receivables equal the sum of your customer statements. The test suite checks it on every release. - Payables equal the sum of your supplier statements. - Inventory on the ledger equals the value on your shelves. - Cancelling a document posts a mirror reversal. Nothing is ever erased, so the audit trail stays whole. One sale at a counter produces these postings in order: 1. **The till** — Cashier scans two monitors and takes ৳5,000 cash 2. **Stock** — Two units leave the Mirpur warehouse at average cost 3. **The customer** — Rahim Store owes ৳7,500, recorded against their rep 4. **The ledger** — Cash, receivable, revenue, stock and cost of sales all post 5. **The reports** — Trial balance, P&L and stock valuation already agree ## Security and data ownership ### Isolation is structural, not a filter Every table that belongs to a company carries that company’s id, and every model applies a global scope that adds it to every query. The scope is applied before the web framework resolves a record from a URL — which is the part most systems get wrong. Typing another company’s invoice number into the address bar returns nothing, because the record was never in scope to begin with. There is a test that tries exactly that on every release, and another that walks every table in the system and fails the build if a new one is added without the scope. ### Staff see only what their role allows 119 named permissions across 10 groups, with 8 roles set up for you — Owner, Manager, Accountant, Salesman, Cashier, Storekeeper, Technician, POS Operator. A cashier who only holds the till permission lands on the till when they sign in and can reach nothing else. A salesman sees their own customers and their own invoices, not the shop’s profit. You can rewrite every one of these roles yourself. ### We cannot read your trading data The platform console we use to run the service — companies, subscriptions, payments — has no screens for your sales, stock, service jobs or ledger. An administrator of the platform belongs to no company, so your company’s data is out of scope for them by the same mechanism that keeps your competitor out. They do not appear in your user list either. ### Everything is written down Every create, update and delete is logged with the field-by-field before and after, who did it and when, filterable by person, date and document type. If a price was changed at 11pm, you can see who changed it and what it was before. ### Nothing is ever deleted Cancelling an invoice does not remove it. It posts an exact mirror-image reversal and marks the original cancelled. Both stay on the ledger and cancel each other out, so the audit trail has no gaps for anyone to argue about. ### You can take it all away A full export of your company database, whenever you want it. If you are leaving, it is free and we will help you read it. We would rather you left with your data than stayed because you could not. ## Trades served, and what each one switches on ### Electronics & computer shops A laptop is not a quantity, it is a serial number with a cost, a supplier, a warranty end date and a service history. Treat it as "qty 4" and the first warranty argument costs you the margin on all four. Common in: Elephant Road, IDB, Multiplan. Typically uses: Point of sale, Sales & customers, Purchasing & suppliers, Inventory, Service centre, Accounting, Reports, File manager (sometimes). - Problem: You cannot prove which unit is still under warranty — Answer: Every serial carries its own warranty start and end, taken from the purchase, and the counter sees it before the customer finishes the sentence. - Problem: The display piece quietly became the demo unit — Answer: Serial status moves through in stock, sold, in service, defective, returned and scrapped — a unit is always in exactly one of them. - Problem: A repair goes out and never lands on an invoice — Answer: A finished job card becomes an invoice. Parts come out of stock onto the job, so workshop revenue and workshop cost land in the same books as the showroom. Worked example: A customer brings a monitor back nine months on. You scan the serial: the invoice, the supplier, the warranty end and every job card that unit has ever had come up on one screen. You raise an RMA to the supplier, hand over a replacement from stock, and both the stock movement and the journal entry post themselves. Page: https://erp.appnweb.site/industries/electronics ### Mobile phone & accessories Handsets move on IMEI and accessories move on volume, and the two need different handling in the same till. Exchange makes it worse: you are buying and selling in one transaction and the margin lives in the difference. Common in: Motalib Plaza, Bashundhara City. Typically uses: Point of sale, Sales & customers, Purchasing & suppliers, Inventory, Service centre, Accounting (sometimes), Reports, File manager (sometimes). - Problem: IMEI written in a notebook, if at all — Answer: Each handset is a serial. Scan it at purchase, scan it at sale, and the warranty and the customer follow it. - Problem: Accessory stock is never right — Answer: Barcode sale at the counter and weighted-average cost to four decimals, so a 40-taka cable does not quietly report a 40 percent margin. - Problem: Nobody can say what the exchange actually earned — Answer: The trade-in comes in as stock at the value you allowed, the new handset goes out at its price, and profit by product tells you afterwards which side of it paid. Worked example: A customer exchanges an old handset against a new one. The old IMEI enters stock at the agreed value, the new IMEI leaves against the invoice, the balance is collected at the counter, and the ledger shows the sale, the cost and the stock on hand without anybody doing a second entry. Page: https://erp.appnweb.site/industries/mobile ### Pharmacy & medical A pharmacy is thousands of small items, a counter that cannot wait, and a lot of money sitting on shelves in strips. The software has to be fast at the till first and clever second. Common in: Every para in the country. Typically uses: Point of sale, Sales & customers (sometimes), Purchasing & suppliers, Inventory, Accounting (sometimes), Reports. - Problem: Finding an item takes longer than selling it — Answer: Barcode or name search at the counter, plus a rack field on every product so a new assistant can find the shelf. - Problem: Fast movers run out, slow movers tie up cash — Answer: A low-stock alert per product, rechecked hourly, and a slow and dead stock report that shows the cash sitting in each. - Problem: Supplier credit is tracked on the delivery book — Answer: Payables with ageing and part payments, per supplier, with the purchase history behind each one. Worked example: Three strips go across the counter on a barcode scan. Stock drops in that counter's own warehouse, the sale posts to revenue and cost of goods sold at weighted-average cost, and the day's cash register reconciles at close of shift against what is physically in the drawer. Not supported yet: What it does not do yet: batch numbers and expiry dates are not tracked per unit. If that is what decides it for you, say so — it is the most asked-for thing on our list and we build what gets asked for. Page: https://erp.appnweb.site/industries/pharmacy ### Grocery & departmental Thin margins and high volume mean the only two things that matter are the speed of the till and the accuracy of the cost. Get the second one wrong and you will be busy all month for nothing. Common in: Mirpur to Chattogram. Typically uses: Point of sale, Sales & customers (sometimes), Purchasing & suppliers, Inventory, Accounting (sometimes), Reports. - Problem: You do not know the real margin on anything — Answer: Weighted-average cost kept to four decimals, updated on every receipt, so profit by product is the truth rather than a guess at the purchase price. - Problem: The drawer never matches at closing — Answer: Open a register at the start of a shift, close and reconcile it at the end, per counter, with the difference recorded rather than argued about. - Problem: Two branches, two sets of numbers — Answer: Each branch keeps books that balance on their own, and the dashboard slices everything by branch. Worked example: A trolley goes through on barcode. Stock leaves the counter's warehouse line by line, the sale posts, and at close of shift the till is reconciled by the person who ran it — not by you at ten at night. Page: https://erp.appnweb.site/industries/grocery ### Hardware, sanitary & tiles Hardware, sanitary and tiles is a credit business pretending to be a retail one. The stock is heavy, the bills are big, and most of what you are owed is in somebody's head. Common in: Nawabpur, Dholaikhal. Typically uses: Point of sale (sometimes), Sales & customers, Purchasing & suppliers, Inventory, Accounting, Reports, File manager (sometimes). - Problem: Nobody knows the real outstanding — Answer: Every customer carries an opening due brought over from your old books and a credit limit the system will not let a sale cross without a permission. - Problem: Freight makes a mess of the cost price — Answer: Landed cost spreads freight across the lines by value, so a container of tiles costs what it actually cost. - Problem: Bills go out with the old due missing — Answer: Previous due prints on the new bill, as it stood when the bill was raised. Worked example: A contractor takes 40 bags on credit. The sale checks his limit, prints a challan and an invoice on your letterhead with his previous due on it, and the receivable, the stock and the revenue all post from the one entry. Page: https://erp.appnweb.site/industries/hardware ### Fabric, tailoring & boutique Cloth is bought by one measure, stocked by another and sold by a third, and the same item exists in six sizes and three grades. The product record has to carry that or the stock report is fiction. Common in: Islampur, New Market. Typically uses: Point of sale, Sales & customers, Purchasing & suppliers, Inventory, Accounting (sometimes), Reports, File manager (sometimes). - Problem: Same item, six variants, one line in the register — Answer: Brand, model, size and grade are fields on the product, and stock valuation filters by all four. - Problem: Last season is still on the shelf — Answer: The slow and dead stock report shows what has not moved and how much cash is standing in it. - Problem: Wholesale and retail at different prices in the same shop — Answer: Each product carries a selling price, a wholesale price and a minimum price, and the minimum is enforced rather than suggested. Worked example: A wholesale buyer takes 60 pieces across three sizes. The invoice prices them at the wholesale rate, the stock falls per size, and the margin report afterwards splits the counter from the wholesale side. Page: https://erp.appnweb.site/industries/fabric ### Wholesale & distribution Distribution is a collection business. You already know what you sold; what you need to know is who owes you, how old it is, and which sales rep is quietly carrying a route that does not pay. Common in: Moulvibazar, Khatunganj. Typically uses: Sales & customers, Purchasing & suppliers, Inventory, Accounting, Reports, File manager (sometimes). - Problem: Collection and sales are reported separately, if at all — Answer: Sales rep performance puts sales against collections side by side, daily or monthly. - Problem: Ageing lives in a diary — Answer: Customer statements with ageing, per customer and per rep, from the same journal lines as the P&L. - Problem: Commission is calculated by hand every month — Answer: Each customer belongs to a rep, and commission comes off the same figures everybody else is reading. Worked example: A rep closes his route for the day. His invoices, his collections and the difference between them are on one screen, every customer's due is current, and the cash he brought in is posted against the right bills rather than against the oldest. Page: https://erp.appnweb.site/industries/wholesale ### Furniture & interiors Made-to-order means you take money before the goods exist and deliver weeks later. The books have to hold a part payment, an undelivered order and a stock item that is still being built, all at once. Common in: Panthapath, Agrabad. Typically uses: Point of sale (sometimes), Sales & customers, Purchasing & suppliers, Inventory, Service centre (sometimes), Accounting, Reports, File manager. - Problem: Advances are receipts in a drawer — Answer: Part payments post against the invoice and the balance follows the customer until it is cleared. - Problem: Delivery and invoice drift apart — Answer: Quotation becomes invoice becomes delivery challan, each linked to the last and each printable on your letterhead. - Problem: Nobody can find the drawing or the fabric choice — Answer: The file manager keeps the drawings, the photos and the signed quotation against the job. Worked example: A customer orders a wardrobe with 40 percent down. The quotation becomes an invoice, the advance posts, the balance sits as a receivable, and when it goes out the challan comes off the same document — with the drawing still attached to it. Page: https://erp.appnweb.site/industries/furniture ### Auto parts & workshops Parts and labour in the same shop means stock going out onto a job rather than over a counter. If the workshop and the shop keep separate books, you will never know which one is making money. Common in: Dholaikhal, Bangla Motor. Typically uses: Point of sale, Sales & customers, Purchasing & suppliers, Inventory, Service centre, Accounting (sometimes), Reports, File manager (sometimes). - Problem: Parts walk out onto jobs and never come back as cost — Answer: Parts are consumed onto the job card out of stock, at cost, and the job becomes an invoice. - Problem: The same part has four names — Answer: Brand, model, size and grade, plus a rack field, so the counter and the workshop are looking at one record. - Problem: You cannot tell labour margin from parts margin — Answer: A service product is a product with no inventory, so labour appears on the invoice and in the P&L as its own line. Worked example: A car comes in for a clutch. The job card takes in the vehicle, the technician pulls the parts out of stock onto the job, labour is added as a service line, and the finished job becomes an invoice that posts parts cost and labour revenue separately. Page: https://erp.appnweb.site/industries/autoparts ### Agro, feed & seed dealers Seed, feed and fertiliser is seasonal credit at scale: hundreds of small customers, most of them paying after harvest, and a cash position that swings twice a year. Common in: Bogura, Jashore, Rangpur. Typically uses: Point of sale (sometimes), Sales & customers, Purchasing & suppliers, Inventory, Accounting, Reports. - Problem: Dues are spread across six notebooks — Answer: One customer record per farmer, with an opening due, a credit limit and a statement you can print or send. - Problem: Many small bills, no time to enter them — Answer: The counter sells on barcode or by name, and a bill takes seconds rather than a page of a register. - Problem: Season to season, you cannot compare — Answer: Everything is sliceable by date and branch, so this Aman against last Aman is a filter, not a reconstruction. Worked example: A farmer takes two sacks on credit against harvest. The sale checks his limit, prints a bill with his previous due on it, and the receivable ages from that day — so when you look in four months you know exactly who is late and by how much. Page: https://erp.appnweb.site/industries/agro ### Restaurant & bakery A restaurant is a counter business with a kitchen attached. The part software can genuinely help with is the till, the daily cash and what the raw material actually cost you. Common in: Everywhere. Typically uses: Point of sale, Purchasing & suppliers, Inventory, Accounting (sometimes), Reports. - Problem: The day's cash is counted and then forgotten — Answer: A register per counter, opened and closed per shift, reconciled by the person who ran it. - Problem: Purchases are receipts in a bag — Answer: Requisition, purchase order and goods received, with payables ageing by supplier. - Problem: Nobody knows whether a dish pays — Answer: Items carry a cost and a price, and profit by product reports on both. Worked example: A shift ends. The register closes against what is in the drawer, the difference is recorded, the day's sales are in the ledger, and tomorrow's supplier payment is already ageing in payables. Not supported yet: What it does not do yet: recipe costing — the ingredient-level breakdown of a dish — is not built. Items cost what you bought them for, not what their components came to. Page: https://erp.appnweb.site/industries/restaurant ### Jewellery Every piece is unique, expensive and worth tracking individually. The risk is not that the software is slow, it is that a single item goes missing and the register cannot tell you when. Common in: Tanti Bazar, Baitul Mukarram. Typically uses: Point of sale, Sales & customers, Purchasing & suppliers, Inventory, Service centre (sometimes), Accounting, Reports, File manager. - Problem: Each piece is one of a kind and still counted as stock — Answer: Serial tracking per piece, with its own cost, supplier and status, and a weight or grade on the product record. - Problem: Who touched what, and when — Answer: A field-level audit log with the before and after of every change, and 119 permissions to decide who may change anything at all. - Problem: Part payments and orders against future delivery — Answer: Instalment plans on an unpaid invoice, with the balance following the customer. Worked example: A piece is sold on a three-instalment plan. The piece's serial moves to sold against that customer, the first instalment posts, the remaining balance sits as a receivable with a schedule, and the audit log holds who agreed the discount. Page: https://erp.appnweb.site/industries/jewellery ### Printing press & packaging A press sells jobs, not products. The quotation is the product, the material is the cost, and the margin is decided before the machine starts. Common in: Fakirapool, Arambagh. Typically uses: Sales & customers, Purchasing & suppliers, Inventory (sometimes), Service centre (sometimes), Accounting, Reports, File manager. - Problem: Quotes are in a spreadsheet nobody else can find — Answer: A quotation becomes an invoice becomes a delivery challan, each on your letterhead and each linked to the last. - Problem: Paper and ink cost is a guess — Answer: Material comes out of stock at weighted-average cost, so the job's margin is the real one. - Problem: The artwork is on somebody's desktop — Answer: The file manager holds the artwork, the approval and the signed quotation against the job. Worked example: A customer approves 5,000 boxes. The quotation becomes an invoice, the board comes out of stock onto the job, the delivery challan prints from the same document, and the profit on that job is a number rather than a feeling. Page: https://erp.appnweb.site/industries/printing ### Service & repair centres A service centre is a queue. What decides whether it is profitable is how fast a device moves across the board, and whether the parts that went into it ever made it onto the bill. Common in: Every district town. Typically uses: Point of sale (sometimes), Sales & customers, Purchasing & suppliers (sometimes), Inventory, Service centre, Accounting (sometimes), Reports, File manager. - Problem: Devices pile up and nobody knows whose is whose — Answer: Auto-numbered job cards with the accessories and condition recorded at intake, and a printed slip the customer signs. - Problem: The board lives on a whiteboard — Answer: Received, diagnosis, approval, parts, repair, ready, delivered — a kanban board that each technician works from. - Problem: Warranty is argued about at the counter — Answer: If you sold the unit, the serial knows its warranty end. If the supplier owes you, the RMA tracks it out and back. Worked example: A device comes in. The job card records its condition and accessories, the technician moves it across the board, parts are consumed from stock onto the job, and when it is ready the job becomes an invoice — so the workshop's revenue and the workshop's cost are in the same ledger as everything else. Page: https://erp.appnweb.site/industries/service ## Coverage — all 64 districts, one price One price in all 8 divisions. There is no Dhaka price and a district price. A shop in Thakurgaon pays what a showroom in Gulshan pays, and gets the same product and the same support hours. Each plan comes with an allowance — branches, warehouses, POS counters, staff accounts, products and file storage — and if you need more of one thing you add it a unit at a time at that plan’s published rate, rather than being pushed up a tier. An extra till on Starter is ৳100 a month; an extra member of staff on Growth is ৳80. There is no setup fee, no implementation charge and no annual contract. The only other things that ever cost money are a routine full data export (৳1,000), custom development (quoted before any work), and hardware or SMS credits at cost — all listed on the pricing page. ### Is there really no setup fee? None. When you register, the system creates your chart of accounts, your first branch, your first warehouse, eight staff roles and your owner login automatically. You are trading within about two minutes. Nobody has to visit your shop and no implementation project has to be scheduled. ### What do I get in the free trial? Thirty days of the whole product — every module switched on, no feature removed, no limit on what you enter. We do not ask for a card. When the thirty days end, you either pay or you do not; if you do not, your data stays where it is. ### How do I pay? Do you take bKash? bKash, Nagad, bank transfer, cheque or cash. You send the money and tell us the reference, and we extend your account from the end of the period you already paid for — so paying a week early never costs you a week. ### What happens if I stop paying? Your staff can still sign in, but the ERP screens redirect to a billing notice showing what is owed, how to pay and your full payment history. Nothing is deleted and nothing is archived off. Pay and everything is back exactly as it was, down to the half-finished quotation. ### Can another company see my data? No. Every record carries your company id and every query is scoped to it automatically, before the system even resolves a record from a URL. Typing another company’s invoice number into the address bar returns nothing. There is an automated test that attempts exactly that attack on every release, and another that fails the build if a new table is added without the protection. ### Can you see my sales and my profit? The console we use to run the service shows companies, subscriptions and payments. It has no screens for your sales, stock, service jobs or ledger — those screens do not exist on that side of the system. A platform administrator belongs to no company, so your data is out of their scope by the same mechanism that keeps your competitor out. ### Can I get my data out? Yes, a full copy of your company database whenever you want it. It is ৳1,000 for a routine export while you are a customer, and free if you are leaving — we would rather you left with your data than stayed because you could not. ### Does it work in Bangla? The interface is in English with Bangla supported throughout your own data — customer names, product names, addresses and printed documents all take Bangla text and print correctly. A full Bangla interface is in progress; tell us if that is what is stopping you and we will prioritise it. ### Will it work on my phone? Yes. The owner dashboard was designed for the phone first, not shrunk down from a desktop screen afterwards. It is usable on an inexpensive Android over a 3G signal. The till and the data entry screens are better on a laptop or a tablet, as you would expect. ### Does it need internet all the time? Yes, it runs in the browser and needs a connection. We keep the pages small so it holds up on a weak signal, but if your area loses power and internet for hours at a time, tell us before you sign up and we will be honest with you about whether it suits you yet. ### I am on Excel / Tally / a paper khata. How hard is moving? You enter it yourself, and you should know up front that there is no spreadsheet import yet — products, customers and suppliers are typed in one at a time. What makes that bearable is that you do not have to do it all at once: start with the fifty things that actually move, add the rest as they sell. Each customer has an opening-due field and each ledger account an opening-balance field, and both post a proper journal entry, so your receivables reconcile from day one instead of being a number you typed into a report. A bulk import is the second most asked-for thing on our list. ### Can I run two shops on one account? Yes. Each branch has its own warehouses, staff and cash register, and every document is stamped with the branch it belongs to. Each branch also keeps its own books — its own trial balance, profit & loss and cash book — and each one balances on its own. Starter covers one branch, Growth covers three and Business covers ten; beyond that a branch is ৳150–৳200 a month depending on the plan. The plan builder on the pricing page works out the cheapest shape for you. ### Can I stop my cashier seeing my profit? Yes, and that is the default. There are 119 named permissions in 10 groups and 8 roles set up for you. A cashier who holds only the till permission lands on the till when they sign in and can reach nothing else. A salesman sees their own customers and invoices, not the shop’s margin. ### What if I need something the product does not do? Ask. If it belongs in the product, we build it and everyone gets it, usually with no change to your price. If it is specific to your business, we quote it plainly before any work starts. A lot of what is in the product now started as one shop asking. ### Is my accounting actually correct, or is it a pretty report? Every financial event posts a balanced double-entry journal through one piece of code, and an unbalanced entry throws an error rather than saving. All reports derive from the same journal lines, so the trial balance, profit & loss and balance sheet cannot disagree. Three control accounts — receivables, payables and inventory — are reconciled against their sub-ledgers automatically on every release. ### Do you support VAT and BIN? Tax is posted to a tax payable account on every document and reported, and your BIN and company details print on your invoices. We are not yet an NBR-certified VAT software, so if you need certified Mushak output, ask us where that stands before you sign up rather than after. ### Who is behind this and will you still exist next year? A small team in Dhaka who build this full time. The fair answer to the second half is that you should not have to take our word for it — which is why there is no setup fee to lose, no contract to be trapped by, and an export of all your data available whenever you want it. ## Contact - WhatsApp: +34603368001 - Sales: hello@appnweb.site - Support: support@appnweb.site - Billing: billing@appnweb.site - Hours: Saturday–Thursday, 9am–8pm (GMT+6) - Start free: https://erp-app.on-forge.com/login - Bangla site: https://erp.appnweb.site/bn
