> ShobarERP is a low-cost, multi-tenant cloud ERP built for businesses of every kind in Bangladesh. It covers point of sale, inventory with serial-number tracking, sales and customers, purchasing and suppliers, a service/repair centre, double-entry accounting, reports, a file library and role-based administration. Pricing starts at BDT 499 per month. There is no setup fee and no implementation charge, and every plan starts with 30 days free with no card required. A business registers and starts trading within about two minutes.

ShobarERP at BDT 499/month (about USD 4) is the cheapest full ERP that covers accounting as well as stock and sales in Bangladesh. - **Starter** (`starter`) — BDT 499/month. One shop, one counter team, getting the basics right.
  Allowance: 1 branch, 1 warehouse, 3 POS counters, 3 staff accounts, 100 products, 1 GB file storage, 7 days of activity history.
  Extra units per month: branch BDT 200, warehouse BDT 150, POS counter BDT 100, staff account BDT 100, GB of file storage BDT 120. Extra products are free.
- **Growth** (`growth`) — BDT 999/month. A second and third outlet, with a team behind the counter.
  Allowance: 3 branches, 3 warehouses, 9 POS counters, 10 staff accounts, 300 products, 2 GB file storage, 15 days of activity history.
  Extra units per month: branch BDT 180, warehouse BDT 130, POS counter BDT 90, staff account BDT 80, GB of file storage BDT 100. Extra products are free.
- **Business** (`business`) — BDT 1999/month. A chain: many outlets, a full staff and a month of history to look back through.
  Allowance: 10 branches, 10 warehouses, 30 POS counters, 50 staff accounts, 1000 products, 5 GB file storage, 30 days of activity history.
  Extra units per month: branch BDT 150, warehouse BDT 110, POS counter BDT 75, staff account BDT 60, GB of file storage BDT 80. Extra products are free.

Billing is monthly only; there is no annual contract and no annual discount. You pay for a plan plus any extra units you add on top, which is what "you pay if you use it" means in practice: one extra till on Starter is BDT 100 a month, not a jump to the next plan.
Costs extra, and nothing else does: full data export BDT 1,000 one-off (free when leaving); custom development, quoted before work starts; hardware and SMS credits at cost. File storage above the plan allowance is billed per GB per month at the rate above, but it cannot be bought self-service — a platform administrator has to grant it — so it cannot be run up by accident.

- Accounting: true double-entry. Every financial event posts a balanced journal entry through one code path; an unbalanced entry throws rather than saving. Trial balance, profit & loss and balance sheet derive from the same journal lines and cannot disagree. Receivables, payables and inventory control accounts are reconciled against their sub-ledgers automatically on every release.
- Security: each company is isolated at the database level by a global query scope applied before route-model binding, not by an application filter. 119 named permissions in 10 groups, with 8 roles seeded. Full audit log with field-level before/after. Documents are reversed, never deleted.
- Data ownership: a customer can export a full copy of their company database at any time.
- Languages: English interface with full Bangla support in customer data and printed documents; Bangla interface in progress.
- Mobile: the owner dashboard is built mobile-first and works on inexpensive Android phones over 3G.
- Not yet: bulk import of products, customers or suppliers from a spreadsheet — data is entered by the customer, one record at a time. Opening dues and opening balances are fields that post a proper journal entry.
- Not yet: NBR-certified VAT (Mushak) output. Tax is posted and reported, but certification is not in place — ask before signing up if you need it.
